وقال فيكتوري خلال تصريحات عبر قناة أون تايم سبورت: “أنا سعيد لإحراز الهدف لم يكن سهلا، سعيد بتسجيل هدف وبانضمامي للنادي”.

وأضاف: “انضمامي للنادي طلائع الجيش، بعقد لمدة 6 أشهر”.

وتابع: “كانت مباراة طيبة وأدينا بشكل جيد، خبرة جديدة لاكتسابها وبداية جيدة لي مع الفريق”.

وأكمل: “أنا بذلت كل جهدي والهدف ترجمة لجهدي، وسأسعى خلال الـ 6 أشهر لإحراز الأهداف”.

وأتم: “عندما كنت في نيجبريا كنت أتابع الدوري المصري والفرق المصرية ولم أكن أتوقع أن آتي هنا، طارق العشري والفريق كله كان سعيدًا بتسجيلي الهدف”.

Former Premier League striker Dean Windass has exclusively told the The Transfer Tavern that Arsenal can no longer trust captain Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.

Aubameyang has endured a difficult captain in north London, and has been unable to replicate his goalscoring exploits from previous seasons, with the Gabonese striker on course for his worst goal return for seven years having scored 14 in all competitions.

But the Gunners captain has been left out by Mikel Arteta more than once in recent weeks.

Aubameyang was axed from the side that beat Tottenham last month for turning up late, before his lacklustre display against Liverpool last weekend saw him left on the bench for Arsenal’s draw with Slavia Prague in the Europa League.

Aubameyang then missed the victory at Sheffield United on Sunday evening through illness, although he’s expected to be available for Arsenal’s second leg tie with Slavia.

But Windass told The Transfer Tavern that he hasn’t been impressed with the striker’s attitude in recent weeks and has questioned whether he still wants to play for the club:

“Don’t get me wrong, he’s a talented boy. But, like Lacazette, you can’t trust him.

“They’re not going to dig in and they’re not going to pull you out if you’re getting beat. I wouldn’t want him in my team.

“Does he really want to be there? Does he think he’s better than Arsenal? That’s how it looks when he plays.”

وأتم: “عمر السعيد لعب بقوة زائدة في تدخله على محمد بسام وكان يجب أن يتم طرده، وكان يجب على حكم الفيديو أن يستدعيه”.

Tottenham Hotspur return to Premier League action tonight as they look to bounce back from last weekend’s disappointing defeat against Manchester United.

Jose Mourinho’s side make the trip to Everton knowing that a defeat could see them leapfrogged in the table, and that would all but end their hopes of qualifying for the Champions League.

Spurs, once again, were victims of their own downfall, with defensive mistakes continuing a worrying trend in north London. They have now dropped 18 points from winning positions – had they held onto all ot them, they’d now be sitting in second place behind Manchester City.

And after a surprise recall to the side last time out, it’s time for Mourinho to axe Serge Aurier from the starting XI once again because he instantly proved that he doesn’t warrant a spot from the off.

Japhet Tanganga excelled against Aston Villa before the international break, keeping a clean sheet after the club had endured a tough week in losing to both Arsenal and then Zagreb in the Europa League.

The 21-year-old gem wasn’t at fault for either of Newcastle’s two strikes up at St James’ Park either, so his absence last Sunday was a little perplexing.

It then became even more baffling as the game went on, as Aurier was a total calamity against the threats of Paul Pogba, Bruno Fernandes and Edinson Cavani.

Speaking on Sky Sports throughout their Super Sunday coverage, Roy Keane didn’t hold back in his verdict of the Ivorian right-back, he said (via Football Daily):

“He’s got a rick in him. He has caused loads of problems. I have described him as a bit of a car crash. Nice powerful boy, [he] keeps going forward but defensively, I think he doesn’t smell danger or see the danger. And that’s been a huge problem for Spurs, the right-back position.”

Of course, this isn’t the first time that Aurier’s performances have been in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons.

In the past, he has been dubbed a “liability” by former Spurs striker Darren Bent and even Mourinho himself admitted that he was scared of his defending (in more colourful terms) during Amazon’s ‘All or Nothing’ docuseries last year.

The Toffees have a very lethal frontline, namely Dominic Calvert-Lewin, who has bagged 19 goals this campaign, which has put him firmly as England’s second choice behind Kane going into this summer’s European Championship.

On Aurier’s side is likely to be Richarlison, who has long been a nuisance. He’s been fouled 2.4 times per 90 minutes in the league this season. Given Spurs’ £18m-rated defender commits 1.4 fouls per 90, it could be a recipe for disaster.

Not to mention the prospects of also facing Lucas Digne and James Rodriguez, too.

If Mourinho starts Aurier against Everton tonight, then Carlo Ancelotti could well target his side as a weakness and as a result, the former PSG star could well get absolutely terrorised.

Lee Charnley must secure a new contract for Federico Fernandez after Steve Bruce stated that discussions will be held with the Newcastle United defender.

Via quotes by The Shields Gazette, the Magpies boss has addressed Fernandez’s uncertain future with his current deal set to expire in the summer.

The Argentine is still on the same £47,000-per-week terms penned upon his last-ditch £6m arrival from Swansea City in 2018, having extended his stay by a further 12-months last March due to a one-year option in his deal.

Bruce was delighted to have gotten the clause activated and repaid Fernandez’s commitment by starting the 32-year-old in 16 of Newcastle’s initial 17 Premier League games, before he developed a calf injury a month after contracting coronavirus.

Fernandez returned to action in this month’s 2-1 win at Burnley, and Bruce now expects to see the North East giants open negotiations with their £2.5m-rated titan over extending his stay into at least a fourth campaign.

“There’s going to be discussions. To be fair, we’ve all concentrated on one thing at the moment, getting results,” the Toon boss said. “Feddy was another one badly, badly infected with Covid. Then got an awful calf strain, so you take Feddy, and how much he’s missed, the skipper [Jamaal Lascelles], Fab Schar, Callum [Wilson] … our big players, who you rely on.

Should Newcastle retain Fernandez?

Rafa Benitez courted Fernandez heavily in 2018 when he sought to be reunited with his former Napoli enforcer due to a shortage of centre-backs at St. James’ Park, and struck a deal with just hours remaining of the summer market.

Fernandez struggled with injuries and to regain his place in the Toon backline during his sole year under Benitez, despite the Spaniard considering him as his “best defender”, but proved to be a fixture of Bruce’s plans last season and again when fit this term.

He may not have been at his best on Saturday as Newcastle beat Champions League-chasing West Ham United, but Fernandez has been one of Bruce’s more consistent centre-back options across the Premier League campaign.

Of the four players that Bruce has fielded in the heart of his Magpies backline on more than four occasions in the top-flight this term, Fernandez has achieved the second-best average WhoScored match rating at 6.64 to Ciaran Clark’s 6.73 out of 10.

The 32-cap Argentina international – who has captained Newcastle five times this term – has also averaged the highest number of successful tackles per league game by United’s centre-halves with 1.6 from a unit-high 1.8 attempts, makes the most clearances (5.9) and puts his body on the line with the most shots blocked (1.3).

Bruce would no doubt rue the Tyneside outfit if Fernandez were to leave on a free transfer this summer, making it a necessity for their Managing Director Charnley to secure a new contract for the soon-to-be free agent before it is too late.
